How do I Book the Polar Bear?
Answer:
A Polar Bear Character Experience is the perfect way to develop and deepen strong business relationships that sustain and enhance our expanding business model. Requests for Polar Bear activations/visits must support a business-critical initiative such as securing new business partners or influencing renegotiations.
• Note: Due to the overall business needs, travel and appearances are limited. Approval is provided based on:
• Overall availability.
• Overall business importance.
• Request submission date.
Pricing
• Polar Bear activations (local for Atlanta or Orlando) – $2,500.
• Polar Bear activations (out of town and out of state) – $4,500.
Requesting and Booking
1. Inquire about the availability:Use the Polar Bear Activation Inquiry Formto inquire about the availability of the Coca-Cola Polar Bear mascot. If dates are available along with logistical pieces (i.e., staffing, costume, etc.), the booking process and collecting information for the activation will begin.
2. Information session:Each requester will also be required to take an information session (virtually) provided by an Attraction (World of Coca-Cola) Guest Experience team member to ensure that all procedures and guidelines are in place so that activations are handled properly and efficiently. The information session is a one-time session – it will not be required to be completed again if you request in the future or multiple times.
Note: August is a high peak season for the summer and it is very unlikely requests will be confirmed or approved during this time.

Ticket Options
General Admission (Self-Guided) Tours for Personal Use (for Yourself or Family)
• A general admissions ticket gets you access to all of World of Coca-Cola’s exhibits, films, and experiences.
As an employee, you’ll receive:
• Free admission with your company ID (badge or business card) and a photo ID – Must be obtained online, in advance.
• The opportunity to purchase up to four (4) self-guided tour tickets at 50% off for accompanying guests, every time you visit.
To obtain this perk:
• Visit this pageon the World of Coca-Cola website.
• Select “Buy Tickets” in the top right-hand corner.
• Select Coca-Cola Employees.
• Enter access code “pemberton” (all lower case) and your company user ID.
Note that bottling network employees should enter the first two letters of their bottling company plus the last four digits of their phone number instead of the company user ID.
• Select a preferred date, number of tickets/type, and click submit.
• Present your mobile tickets with your company ID or badge and a photo ID when you arrive.
Some additional information:
• Tickets must be obtained online, in-advance.
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
There is limited parking availability at World of Coca-Cola. At this time there is no employee rate or validation available. Parking is a flat fee of $17 per car and must be paid on-site.

Discounted admission for up to 14 tickets for you to distribute to your vendors, partners and customers. – Must be obtained online, in advance. This offer is not available at the onsite Ticket Windows.
To obtain this perk:
Visit World of Coca-Cola website.
Select a preferred date, number of tickets/type, and click submit.
Distribute the mobile tickets to your vendor, partner or customer.
